We have been working with Stephen for years prior to this year. We first contacted him about 2 years ago wanting to sell our home. The market at the time wasn’t good in our area so we just kept checking in with him to get updates. At the beginning of 2020, he reassessed our market and it was finally the right time. We put our home for sale at the beginning of a pandemic and we got a contract in 2 weeks. We were surprised to say the least, the entire process went seamlessly and he explained everything to us, answered all our questions and gave us his honest opinions.
